The cost of resolving your dispute will depend upon its complexity and the number of issues in dispute. We offer a fixed cost independent expert determination service, 4MIndEx. This provides a determination by Independent Expert within 20 or 40 working days, depending on the option you choose. Please speak to us at the outset, we will help you select the most appropriate method for your dispute and discuss fees with you. Timescales for completion of work will depend on our availability which is dependent upon our current professional commitments.
